I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration for being allowed to participate in activities at The South Florida Spring Festival at the
Bergeron Rodeo Grounds (the “Spring Festival”)
I understand that participating in activities at an agritourism event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, those associated with agricultural activities, interaction with animals, uneven terrain, and exposure to natural elements. I acknowledge that these risks cannot be eliminated entirely, and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in these activities.
I hereby waive, release, and discharge Mayhem Ranch, LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries, including but not limited to, bodily injury, property damage, or wrongful death, arising out of or in connection with my participation in activities at the agritourism event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mayhem Ranch, LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with my participation in activities at the event.
I understand and acknowledge, Under Florida law, an agritourism operator is not liable for injury or death of, or damage orloss to, a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury, death, damage, or lossresults from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner thatmay contribute to your injury, death, damage, or loss. I am assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
